Some of your symptoms still enforce themselves on your life, In spite of all the medications, supplements, stress-reducing techniques and lifestyle modifications. Little things can make a big difference during those times. Your fibromyalgia (FMS) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS or ME/CFS) symptoms and your quality of life can be improved by keeping small things at hand.

Many of us “nest” when we have flares, basically holing up in one spot such as the bed or couch. These little are finest kept where you shell, so you don’t have to get up to acquire them. Some are treatments and others aren’t, but they’re all things that might help you get through the day (or night,) don’t require a prescription and won’t drain your bank account.

Blankets, pillows and beddings

The more sedentary you are, the more important it is to have a comfortable place that’s ready for you at a moment’s notice. Even in the summer, you should have a lavishly soft blanket handy in your family room as well as a diversity of cozy-feeling pillows. Also, coarse sheets are like sleeping on sandpaper! I prefer flannel or jersey, or a high thread count. Feel before you buy! Click Here to buy Fibromyalgia Pillows

Dry shampoo

We all have those days when we’re in a rush to get out of the house. Trust me dry shampoo will be your new best friend.

Soft backpack

For women who carry a purse, a soft backpack can be a more comfortable option, as it carries what you need and distributes the weight evenly. It relieves the strain and pain of carrying a purse on your shoulder or arm.

Nail clippers

This might sound like an odd one, but you’ve been kept awake more than once by too-long toe nails scratching against a sheet or blanket. Might as well be a chalkboard!

Disability Sticker

Every fibromyalgia patients should have a disability sticker on their car to spread the maximum awareness relate to out illness. As we all know that most of people don’t recognize our illness and says that its in our mind. So its our responsibility to make our illness read and visible to the world. So lets put a Fibro disability sticker on your cars. You can get it from here too.

Pill organizer

Fibro fog can make us second-guess whether we have taken our medications and supplements. One way to get around that is to use a pill organizer. There are so many from which to choose: Clear, colored, once-a-day or multiple times a day, etc. This is the one I prefer because it’s unobtrusive and easy to fill all at once.

Massage tools

Gently getting kinks out of your muscles can really help you feel better! I prefer using vibrating massagers, but be cautious for those! You will have days when your skin almost seems to crawl and your nerves are really jumpy. On those days, the vibration does far more harm than good.

Microwaveable heating pads

The reason I prefer these instead of a hot-water bottle is that they mold to the area you want to heat. They come in various sizes, colors and fabrics. You can heat them up at home, or at work, as well. Heat is the comforting friend of those of us with FM.

Cooling off

Cooling products are a necessity when you get overheated and require help cooling down. However; you can’t exactly keep them cold next to your nest. A small electrical fan can be great in a pinch.

Lotion

Dry, itchy skin aggravates your FMS, and every time you scratch it can cause a lot of pain in the area. If the lotion has a comforting scent, it can do twofold duty by helping you calm down. (Be careful about scented products; however a lot of us are sensitive to them.)

Dark chocolate

It may sound odd, but dark chocolate may enhance your serotonin levels, which means it can make you feel more conscious and attentive plus give you a mood lift. To get the full result, get the really dark stuff like 85% cocoa.

Fibromyalgia Awareness Shirt

This is also a handy thing you should have. Wearing purple and being a advocate of our illness is key responsibility of ours. When no one speaks for our illness, then its our duty to be a spokesperson of our own illness. Lets all wear this purple together and spread maximum awareness

eZ MELTS supplements

I love these supplements because they melt in your mouth, and each type is a different flavor. If you have issues with swallowing pills, then prefer something that is easy to take. Use the probiotic, B12, D3, CoQ10, melatonin, and others. They also don’t upset my stomach as some pills do. They get directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive process. As with all supplements, you should discuss with your doctor what supplements are safe and the right choice for you. It also is recommended that you take them with meals so they are more bioavailable.

Head to toe cleansing clothes

This is for those days when taking a shower takes more energy than you have, but you want to quickly freshens up. Although these are meant for babies, they are larger and thicker than ordinary baby wipes.

Fibromyalgia Mobile Cover

Everyone with fibro has smartphone, so lets make these smartphone more smarter and be a platform to spread awareness to our illness, lets have this mobile cover on…

Rice bag

A rice bag is raw rice inside a little cushion, usually made of flannel or some material that feels pleasant against your skin. You heat it in the microwave for a couple minutes and it releases a soothing, slightly moist heat. It’s a great substitute to a heating pad because it slowly cools off and won’t start a fire, so you can use it to assist you sleep.
