Tons of people have participated in the survey and share their working products with us. Most of them has recommended Magnesium, heating pad, Epsom salt bath to be their go to relief for fibromyalgia symptoms. We have compiled the fibromyalgia patients recommendation for you.   1. Magnesium lotion for muscle aches and magnesium supplements. Melatonin has been awesome for my sleep, I actually feel rested some of the time. – Nancy L.
  2. Tens unit, heating pads, Epsom salt, and ice packs. These products help me ease my fibro pain. – Carol S.
  3. Massage chair with a long track and rollers that reach below waist and air bags that squeeze my hands, arms and calves. – Vicky K.
  4. Blue-Emu. It’s a little pricy, but it helps my nerve & joint pain. Especially achy leg syndrome. – Mary C.

  7. Honestly, kratom is the best thing I’ve found. I have chronic fatigue syndrome also and kratom takes my pain away, and gives me energy. It is NOT a drug!! It’s a cousin to the coffee plant. I also drink Advocare Spark, take Turmeric, and Ginger. Another thing I take are homeopathic Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue pills off of Amazon. I use Advocare spark each morning instead of coffee and it helps clear the fatigue and brain fog. For pain I use Doterra Deep Blue products. – Alicia Z

  • Heated massager mat. I go through several a year, because I am down resting quite a bit, so it can be expensive, and none of them last more than a few months, but they help tremendously. I’m about to switch to a grounding sheet because they say they not only promote healing, but help with pain. While I have excruciating pain from head to toe, most is in my spine and neck and I notice that anything that vibrates and has heat, somehow breaks up and interferes with the pain signals in my spine and gives me much temporary relief. Also, I use ice packs rolled up in towels in the crook of my neck to support my neck and to let the ice numb it. The towels insulate it so the ice packs don’t melt so fast and the towels keep my neck from direct contact with the ice packs so no frost burn to my skin. Soaking in a hot tub or a hot back using Epsom salt helps a lot too. I also have been taking LDN for a couple years because I also suffer from lymes that didn’t heal and reactivated EBV. Not really sure it helps much for the pain, but I have noticed I don’t get sick with viruses etc as much as I use to. Took me years to get covid when everyone around me was getting it. I’m afraid to stop it because it may be helping more than I know. – Donna B.

Adaptive items for housekeeping. I have a little hand held vacuum that saves me a lot of pain… great for spot vacuuming, stairs, car, entryway. Those adapters to adjust the seat belt. I took a lightweight fold up luggage cart and attached a plastic crate with a bungee cord/hook to bring in groceries and move heavier items. – Peggy L
  • What helped me was when I learned that fibromyalgia was trauma? So when I dealt with my past trauma, either a car accident abuse or any of that, when I forgave the situation, and I forgave myself for allowing myself to go through it, most importantly, is when I truly started to move on from fibromyalgia. I’ll always have it, but I can control it better as i can control my brain and not my brain controlling me. This book helped immensely.
