Fibromyalgia Diet: What to eat, what not to eat

Many people with FM know the significance of taking it easy when pain flares. But it is not that much known that particular food ingredients and items may worsen your FM pain or other FM symptoms. MSG and sodium nitrite.

These materials are used as flavor enhancers and preservatives in many handled foods, for instance preserved meats and sauces.
