Most of them has recommended Magnesium, heating pad, Epsom salt bath to be their go to relief for fibromyalgia symptoms. We have compiled the fibromyalgia patients recommendation for you.   1. Magnesium lotion for muscle aches and magnesium supplements. Melatonin has been awesome for my sleep, I actually feel rested some of the time. – Nancy L.
  2. Tens unit, heating pads, Epsom salt, and ice packs. These products help me ease my fibro pain. – Carol S.
  3. Massage chair with a long track and rollers that reach below waist and air bags that squeeze my hands, arms and calves. – Vicky K.
  4. Blue-Emu. It’s a little pricy, but it helps my nerve & joint pain. Especially achy leg syndrome. – Mary C.

  7. Honestly, kratom is the best thing I’ve found. I have chronic fatigue syndrome also and kratom takes my pain away, and gives me energy. It is NOT a drug!! It’s a cousin to the coffee plant. I also drink Advocare Spark, take Turmeric, and Ginger. Another thing I take are homeopathic Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue pills off of Amazon. I use Advocare spark each morning instead of coffee and it helps clear the fatigue and brain fog. For pain I use Doterra Deep Blue products. – Alicia Z
