Losing weight is a tough job. Its happens because of numerous reasons and finally we have to change our lifestyle to fix the weight. Studies have shown positive results on the use of Low carb diets. Despite of the proven fact, many people fail to hit the marks and start blaming Low carb diet. While if you are on low carb diet for weight loss, you should avoid some mistake that commonly observed. 1. Depriving

You are depriving. The reason many low carb diet wont works is deprivation. Staying hungry is not the solution. Instead of staying hungry and counting calories intake, you should focus on eating good and less eating bad.

2. Stress

Are you taking too much stress? Stress plays a key role when it comes to weight loss. I know, its hard to not to take a stress, but give a try and have less stress.

3. Be Realistic

May be you don’t have realistic expectation from the low carb diet. Expecting a 10-20 founds per week is unrealistic. Some loss faster and some slower. But expecting 1-2 founds loss per week is kind of realistic approach.

4. Too many Calories

Calories does matters. And it is the main reason of being ineffectiveness of low carb diet. Simple formula, if you are doing everything right, and still not losing weight, go count your calz.

5. Cutting for too long

It’s not a good idea to cut for long time. You should follow proper plans. If you are cutting for long time like 6 to 12 month, you were going to decrease your metabolic rate. Give some intervals.

6. Too many Carbohydrates

Generally, go between 30-70 gram per day, and differentiate between good carbs and bad carbs. Few of the good carbs are oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa, barley, beans, nuts and seeds. Bad carbs are cane sugar, white bread, white rice, pasta, bottled sauces, cake, biscuits, soda and juices.

7. Fruits

Too much fruits are also unhealthy, if you have lot of weight. Sugar and fructose in fruits does not helps in weight loss. Try using less fruits,helps in losing Weight.

8. Dairy

Too much dairy is also not good in weight loss. Milk is the biggest downfall. No doubts in the benefits of milk but it contains 5% carbs. Also gluconeogenesis that turns glucose in the body.

9. Eat Real Food

Low carb diet does not mean low intake of carbs. It is in real replacing your diet with real foods that nutrition the body. Stick to meats, fish, eggs, healthy fats and vegetables helps in losing Weight.

10. Sleep

Good sleep plays important role in the healthy lifestyle. If you are not getting good sleep of 6-7 hours daily, you are inviting diseases.

11. Exercise

Aim of the exercise should be not burning calories, it should be body fitness. As the calories burnt in exercise are not enough, and can be regain with few extra calories intake. Have proper trainer in gym to get proper Losing Weight.

12. Sweeteners

Many sweeteners have no calories, but they increase your appetite level. Studies have proven this fact. In long term, artificial sweeteners are linked with weight gain.Try avoid it for losing weight.

May be use are on the medication that boast weight gain. Firstly get the treatment of that disease then focus on the weight loss.
